Account & Data Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our system, you may submit a request using the form below.
Once submitted, our team will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7–14 business days.
What will be deleted?
When the request is completed, we will remove:
- Your user account
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- App usage data
- Device pairing data
- Activity logs
- Support history
After deletion, your account cannot be restored, and you will need to create a new one if you return in the future.
How We Handle Deletion Requests
- We process requests in the order they are received.
- You may receive a verification email to confirm your identity.
- Once verified, all data will be permanently removed from our servers.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
